A data-driven U.S. Branding Specialist seeks the exceptional talents of a passionate, empowered and forward-thinking Senior Pay Media Specialist to fill an entirely remote role where you will be responsible for development, implementation and managing paid media strategies that achieve customer goals across all platforms. The ideal candidate should have certifications in Google Ads (including fundamentals, search, display, video, shopping, mobile), Bing Ads, and Google Analytics. You should have a solid foundation of knowledge related to paid media channels (including search and social media) and concepts as well as work experience in the digital marketing industry. You will also need excellent writing and grammar skills, especially since you will be working with an American audience and strong Excel and PowerPoint / Keynote skills.


  • Take an active role in the development of paid digital media strategies for clients that support their overall digital marketing program.
  • Translate customer KPIs and goals into strategic recommendations for customers on paid media channels.
  • Perform audience, keyword, placement, and platform research to help inform paid media strategies for customers.
  • Develop and run campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, paid social networks, and other advertising platforms.
  • Design creatives for related advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Optimize paid media campaigns on an ongoing basis, including bid optimization, landing page recommendations, analyzing search query reports, and creating or updating ad copy, messages and / or images.
  • Manage budgets to ensure a precise pace towards client budgets on an ongoing basis.
  • Create monthly and quarterly reports for clients that include campaign performance analysis as well as strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Provide recommendations for new account opportunities, including taking advantage of new platform features / capabilities or testing new platforms, channels or technologies.
  • Present reports, deliverables, and strategy presentations to clients, both in calls and in-person virtual meetings.


Diploma –

  • Google Ads Certified (including Basics, Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Mobile).
  • Bing Ads certified.
  • Google Analytics certified.

Experience / skills –

  • Working knowledge of paid search and paid social concepts and platforms.
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills, especially for the American audience.
  • Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint / Keynote.
  • Marketing experience with a focus on digital and paid media / advertising.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in casual and formal scenarios.

Advantageous –

  • Knowledge of SEO.
  • HTML and user experience (UX).
